Trainee Sales Department

As a Sales Team member, your main mission will be to support the European sales team in 2 main directions: 

  • Business intelligence, price & competition benchmark 
  • Daily business follow-up such as forecast aggregation, delivery information, supporting sales events, link with purchasing team… 

 

You’ll be linking and facilitating team work as per Sales Team can focus 100% on business execution and development.  

Quality Control Renewd®

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAM) and team leaders 
  • Manage Hubspot Database (CRM) 
  • Be the link between the sales team and the HQ Operations Team 
  • Write and share team meeting minutes +  
  • Be the point of contact for all countries’ customers’ portfolios and purchasing teams in support of KAM 
  • Validation of prices with margin calculations 
  • Coordinating customer events with Brand/Marketing team 
  • Prepare/amend the corporate deck and any presentation that may be needed 
  • Manage documents/presentation translations while relevant 
  • Follow-up on delivery dates and respect customer logistic requirements 
  • Inform customers about their logistics 
  • Follow-up on customers’ payments for the region 
  • Follow-up region marketing budget and create/manage dedicated table 
  • Support sales team when needed (training, visits, fairs…) 
  • Prepare sales report and share it to relevant stakeholders 
  • Aggregate forecast document for the region under validation of Sales management 
  • Survey pricing strategy of sales channels and key competitors 
  • Market study and Renewd® market competitiveness 

Qualifications:

  • On going Bachelor’s degree (Economics , Marketing or Engineering); 
  • Preliminary first exepience with a job or training session in Telecom/High tech is welcome 
  • Fluent in English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish are a plus 
  • Be open, be clear, manage expectations.  
  • Ensure proper follow-up, ask questions if cases are unclear, take your time to ensure quality.  
  • Be available to others to ease Team job and communication
