Inside Sales Specialist [Region South Europe]

Working at Renewd® is fun, challenging and requires a lot of personal responsibility. The position requires an organised, efficient Inside Sales Specialist who is responsible for administrative tasks and assisting the sales department with customer acquisition and retention. Your duties will include creating and tracking orders, data entry and responding to customer and prospect enquiries. You’ll also be a bridge between operations, sales and marketing, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be managed by the Sales Director.

To be successful, you should have good time management and organisational skills. You should also have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

Your tasks in this role:

  • Order Management: Create and process orders in a timely manner, process rush order requests and review outstanding orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also provide troubleshooting support for orders.
  • Backorder management and ETA management (estimated time of arrival of customer products); ensure proper follow-up and communication of customer backorders and ETA.
  • Managing customer accounts; setting up customer accounts in the system and guiding the customer through onboarding.
  • Completing general administration tasks and supporting the internal sales team
  • Manage correct pricing.
  • Central point of contact for the customer.

  • MBO+ work and thinking level.
  • Approximately 2 years relevant work experience is a pre.
  • Microsoft Excel and Exact (our ERP) knowledge is a pre.
  • Business English & French are mandatory
  • Spanish is preferred.
  • Independent, entrepreneurial.
